Return Policy
At Varchasv, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece of gym wear you purchase from us. If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7–10 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items must not show signs of wear, sweat, deodorant marks, or fragrance.
- Return is only accepted for size issues, fitting issues, or if a defective/wrong product is received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can’t be returned:
- Innerwear / sports bras
- Socks
- Clearance / sale items
- Accessories (caps, wristbands, gloves)
- Customized or personalized products
2. Return Process
To raise a return request:
- Contact us at cjatin568@gmail.com with your order number.
- Share product photos or videos (especially if it’s damaged or wrong).
- Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to ship it back.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund/exchange.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Fit issues
- Colour exchange (depending on availability)
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following forms:
- Store credit (fastest & no deductions)
- Original payment method (takes 5–7 business days after inspection)
Refund Deductions
- Return shipping fee may be deducted if the reason is not product-related (e.g., wrong size ordered by customer).
- No deductions for wrong/damaged products sent by us.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective piece
- A wrong size/colour/product
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Return Shipping Cost
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product): we cover the return shipping.
- If customer wants to return due to personal preference (size change, didn’t like the fit):
→ Return shipping may be charged, or shipping needs to be done by the customer.
8. Important Notes
- Items showing signs of sweat, gym usage, or perfume/deodorant smell will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our quality check standards.
- During sales/festive seasons, return/exchange timelines may vary.
